Actually offers some impact protection and not just from roost. I wore this for the first time 2wks ago at a race. Love the slim design and fits me perfectly.This vest is NOT adjustable. So pay close attention to sizing. I am 6' tall and weigh 190lbs. The Large fit me perfectly.
