Well built and comfy ! Can’t get the range finder add on here in the uk though (r/finder) . Fastener works well when moving into prone position .

I’ve used started with the traditional Bino strap, which was uncomfortable and simply annoying. Then I tried a typical bono harness which was a nice improvement. But still left a lot to be desired. This harness/pouch combination is perfect. Holds my Binos comfortably, allows quick easy access to them when needed and offered protection when on the move. I’ve been pushing them to all my fellow hunters and don’t go to the field without them!

I don't comment on something unless it works very well or it fails completely. And The Alps bino chest rig works very well and at a very affordable price.I have a few Alps Outdoors products and have been very pleased in the past with those purchases; and this bino chest rig is no exception and works amazingly. Holds and keeps my binos safe and secure from environmental elements and from damage caused by the outdoors.. Has a handy pocket to hold your windicator easily accessible to quickly check the wind direction. Has a built in optics cleaner in a front zippered pocket with a nice loop handle on zipper to access with or with out gloves on.Even has some Molly webbing on the right side to attach a Leatherman, Flashlight or the intended purpose of attaching the Alps Rangefinder pouch (Which I will be ordering and testing this week)The chest rig come with all needed components to attach binos to rig.The adjustments are great on this harness. Works well for early Archery hunting with minimal clothes & is surprisingly adjustable enough to fit over your winter hunting layers. When your into the -Teens/-20+°c weather Which is very nice. Still rides comfortable as well in all clothing conditions... can wear this all day and not even notice it is there. It rides nicely at a point where youncan access binos win out making much movement. Its made or very durable material and gives your optics great padding/protection. Has a quick loop fastener to latch hood to secure closed.....All in all a really great affordable product, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again or recommend to someone in the market for a similar prod.if you uc. Looking forward to adding the range finder bag to this chest rig.Well there are a few cons....or things I'd would have liked1) While the chest rig is strong and durable and quiet under normal warm weather conditions once the mercury starts dropping, I've noticed the opening flap can be a little noisy when opening... which could be a deal breaker for some hunter. Its not overly loud, but there is a slight crunch/crinkle sound when pulling lid open to retreat binos... me usually ill open and pull out binos when on stand and close the lid and let my bindos hang on the outside woth supplied hardware and just close the flap. I glass alot while on stand and the noise is a one time deal.2) I like the quick faster loop yo secure the lid closed for quick access. Some have said this will break. If used with a a set of binos that fit thw pouch i don't see this happening. But I have had this same fastener brake on one of my packs when I tried to secure a larger than sized knife into one of the pockets. This was error on my end and should have used a knife that fit the pouch instead if trying to make the pack hold my larger knife. So this could be a weak link.3) I would have liked an additional way to close the list secure. Snaps or clipsAnd lastly4) the Windicator pocket could have been really nice with an adjustable bungy cord top. Can be a little tricky getting your windicator back into said pocket with out two hands, also not all bottles are the same size/shape...This is an exceptional product, and an unbeatable price Made of qality materials, that will protect your optics and should last many many years of hunting in the harsh conditions it will encounter. Alps Outdoors are my go 9/10 times when they offer a product im looking for.

If you think it’s stupid to buy one of these for $100-$300 because it has a logo on it your 1000% correct. This product is so much cheaper than others I found but just as high quality if not better than others. Straps, buckles and material are all durable most important it is incredibly quiet cinch the straps down tight and you won’t hear it perfect for bow hunting love this product will never be without one again

fit Swarovski 10X42 perfect. Flap tie down bungee ok if you're not in hurry, otherwise little noisy and awkward. Read the reviews before purchasing so no surprises. Looked at many others before buying, all have drawbacks and good points. This binoc pak does the job just fine. I don't see the need for much more. Good value for the money. Hope it holds up..

Nice. Very comfortable holds my Nikon 10x42 binoculars no problem. Also my range finder clips on well to the right side that gives easy access to it. If you dont like the bright orange stitches, just give them with a sharpie like I did.

I've not had a chance to actually hunt with this pack, but I have loaded it up with optics and it is very comfortable carrying the 10x42 binos and leupold range finder! It also has pockets for reed calls, tags and wind checker. Everything fits really well! I've not been able to use it in the mountain areas yet I am hesitant to comment and rate the durability aspects of this pack, but it looks like it's going to be a winner!

Finally something easy to access without bumpy around on your chest at the same time. I use it for my binoculars sometimes and Canon GX-1 sometimes. Works great with either. Only suggestion I have is to make the hook for the bungee in front longer. It doesn't hold the lid closed as well as it should if your binocular or camera is smaller than the designers figured.

This is my third different binocular harness I've purchased. And third time was the charm! This is a perfect product. Durable, functional, light weight and comfortable. I took this elk hunting in thunderstorms last weekend and it kept my Binos perfectly snug against my chest and protected from the rain. Very easy and silent to access too! There are other harnesses out there that cost a lot more and are an inferior product. I would recommend anything made by Alps.

This harness is a nice design and quality construction. My Leica 10x42 HD-R (old style) @ 6.75" high with eye cups retracted, are about as big a piece of glass as these can handle with a very snug fit. I'm a big guy weighing in at 240# and the straps are large enough to fit comfortably over street clothes, but they would not make it over a hunting parka. In very cold weather, this would be an issue if you had to wear it inside your jacket, which would cause fogging when you removed the binoculars.
