The threaded neck measures 10”, not 7” as listed in description. To use it the excess will need to be cut with hacksaw or something. Does not fit standard beach cruiser headset without modifications. Beware!

These are my 80s beach cruiser dream for, and are very well made and fit my Schwann perfectly. Keep I'm mint that you will need to cut the excess off the neck portion (easily accomplished with a pipe cutter and a few minutes of clean up with a file).

I bought this fork to replace the bent one from my 1953 Schwinn. I measured and checked multiple times as I do not have access to tools to cut the fork down. Sure enough, it showed up as a universal part which needed to be cut down.Had to take to a local shop to have cut, if I had known I would have bought something different.
