This is a fine saxophone for the price but our case came with a huge slice in the handle and since it was a gift it was too late to return it. I wish there was better quality control for the product because someone clearly opened this box with a blade, caused damage and then just taped the box back up

Color is slightly different from image. Needed to replace an old saxophone for a kid not planning on playing much longer. Good fit for the price, but sound leaves something to be desired. A little difficult for middle schooler to play, maybe just different from the old one.

It came even faster than it said it would! I got it for my son for school, I thought maybe something was up as it’s a super low price, but it has everything even a cleaner and came with 3 extra Reeds (one normal, the other two plastic) but still for the price it’s amazing!
