Very good quality. The most important is the provided instruction. It explains step by step on how to replace the products. I didnt need to go online and search for other sources on how to install. Highly recommend it.

I bought this kit since the tray 2 pickup roller on my HP P2055dn was almost worn smooth, and I was getting a lot of ghost jams. It took me a little bit to get everything installed, but since I've never done any real printer maintenance beyond toner / paper, I would say it's not overly difficult, just takes a bit to figure everything out. Both the tray 1 pickup roller, separation pad and transfer roller replaced fine and so far aren't showing any real issue. However, the separation pad in tray 2 did not appear to work correctly, at least on my printer. The pickup roller was picking up the top sheet of paper, and I could hear the separation pad engaging, but the page was not actually being pulled into the printer, thus causing a ghost jam. My old separation pad, while dirty, did not seem overly worn, so I lightly cleaned it and put that back into my tray, and boom, it started working fine. The other issue, which may or may not actually be an issue, was the tray 2 pickup roller. The roller next to the actual rubber pickup roller on the right side had a lot of play to it compared to the OEM version inside my printer originally. I used a small rubber seal I had laying around which reduced the play. I thought this was what was originally problematic until I replaced the separation pad, so I can't say if it's actually an issue or not.Overall, at least in the first day and after doing the above, I was able to get my printer back into perfect working order with this kit. But at least with my kit & printer, it wasn't a perfect swap. Your mileage may vary.

I compared the new parts in this kit with the old parts, and they appear identical. The instructions are good, but I also viewed a youtube video for the transfer roller. The job took about 20-30 min. The printer works fine now. There's really not much else to say except,if the kit doesn't fix the feed problems, it's probably the selenoid sticking. When the selenoid sound-damping material gets old, it gets sticky. Then the key doesn't fall fast enough to disengage the clutch, so paper keeps feeding when it is not supposed to. Then you get multiple sheets feeding at once.It could also be the 'paper-control' PCA in the back. I've been doing my own laser printer repair since the HP Laserjet III. That's getting to be a few years ago. Of course, I wasn't very old when the III me out. But I did own an old one.Whatever you do, take your time and do it correctly! I have faith in you! You 'can' repair your own printer! You just have to 'be' the printer! Be the printer! Understand yourself as 'the printer'! It's kinda like Zen Buddhism (sp. ?). Zen and the art of printer repair . . .!

The parts are OK, after installing all of them, my P2055 now prints great, no jams and printing extra blank pages. As mentioned by other reviewers, the instructions are poor, I had to rely on youtube videos to figure things out. There is one glaring incorrect instruction on the Tray 1 Separation Pad (rubber glued to plastic piece, with spring) : the instructions say to pry the pad assembly out with a screwdriver - it won't work (& you will break the pad assembly or the plastic housing it rides in, or both). The pad assembly (spring loaded) is held in place by two white idler wheels. After you remove the Tray 1 Pickup Roller, the assembly that holds the Roller and the two idler wheels in the center of the metal bar needs to slide 2.5 - 3 inches to the left, clearing the path of the separation pad to be removed without obstruction. In the middle of the Assembly there is a tiny plastic arm that unlocks it from the metal bar, with a small screwdriver gently pry it open from the hole in the metal bar. Then you can slide it to the left. Easy-peasy.Update: After one week of use, it is jamming again, after 3 to 5 pages, it jams with one blank page half way out of the #2 tray and one blank page partially out of the output opening. Hmm, will start looking for a solution. Thank you, reviewer Stirrup Master for the solenoid sticking answer.2nd Update: Much thanks to Mr.Contrive on Youtube, with the solution with the solenoid, the dampening strip on the solenoid's arm fell apart and only the adhesive was left. The adhesive made the arm stick and the jamming would result. Mr. Contrive's video clearly explains the fix very well. I remember many years ago fixing a jamming Apple laserwriter (sp?) in a similar manner, using a repair kit that only had a tiny felt rectangle that had an adhesive backing. Thanks again to Mr. Contrive!

I ordered these parts at the recommendation of a repair man. My HP LaserJet P2055dn was jamming regularly. Could only print 1 page without a jam and even then it would jam. So, I was told to buy this repair kit and that the repair was simple. Found a video online that showed the repair and was able to easily repair the printer and it works perfectly no more jams. It arrived quickly and in tact and had quality parts.
