I've installed 3 of these in the last 2 weeks and all 3 customers are now complaining about light print. I hope it's the transfer roller and not the fuser. Also the tray 2 pickup roller does not work in an M401 printer. I had to remove the rubber from the original roller and re-position it on the original roller shaft to get the printer to pickup the paper and I threw the one that comes in this kit in the garbage.**Edit: Finally figured out that it is specifically the transfer roller clip. Make sure you do NOT throw away the original transfer roller clip (should have printed P1-3 on the side) because the one that comes with this kit causes light prints. Use the original transfer roller clip (small black piece on the right side of the roller) with the new transfer roller and it should work.

Fuser lasts just six months and has to be replaced.
