This is a great buy. It was actually affordable to buy instead of making one of wood. It works well for my wedgi sled. I liked it so much that I bought 2 more just to have around for a different sled. The competition is selling a similar one for $30, this one was $11.

So far the dimensions of this bar I've been spot on. I'm going to be using it for a half crosscut sled on my Delta table saw. I've had to use the screws to dial in the fit in the slot, so we'll see how they hold up over time from vibration. I haven't built the sled yet but I'll be using the m6 holes to attach it to plywood.

This product is sturdy and well built, however it is a shade wide to fit my Craftsman table saw. Unfortunately, I will have to return which is a bummer.

I wish I took a picture before I started working on it, but at least I have a picture after I removed the coating. As received, it was larger than 0.75” (19mm) wide so it will not fit into a standard 0.75” table saw track without first removing the blue coating, which I did with a file and sandpaper. Once removed, it works great, but who the heck wants to spend an hour removing the coating. I did it rather than return it because it was the day I had available to work in the shop. It had to be done! Buyer beware!

I tried to find a miter bar like this with standard threads, but couldn't The metric holes in this one very easily tap out with a 1/4x20 tap, though. This bar is very well made - far better than I was expecting at the price. Note that it's made for the type of 3/4" slot that has the "keyway" sides. I was also concerned about the metric width, but it's very adjustable.

These fit the Skilsaw 10" table saw slots perfectly. Used them on my cross cut sled. Built well and easy to use.

I ordered one 300mm version of this bar. I mounted a dial gage to it. I measured and squared my table saw's blade and fence to the T-slots. It worked brilliantly, improving cuts on the saw. It gave me confidence to order two 450mm versions for a table saw jig.I was alarmed to find I could NOT get the 450mm versions into the T-slots on my table saw. The attached photo shows the reason. The washer that goes into the "T" portion of the slot is held in place with a screw. The TOP screw in the photo is "as received". The end of the screw protrudes past the washer, and past the bottom of the bar. The washer and protruding screw had interference with the T-slot on my saw. They wouldn't even get started in the slot without jamming.I hit the end of the screw with a grinding wheel, bringing it nearly flush with the screw (washer at the BOTTOM of the photo). Now the bars slide in the T-slots as expected.It's always a hassle to have to modify an item to make it work, but at least the fix was easy. And the resulting modified bars look great and seem to work well.
