this valve is not a roll over valve it's a regular vent valve

To any reviews that say this does not work, YOU MUST DRILL A HOLE IN YOUR FUEL CELL AND INSTALL THE END WITH THE BALL IN THE TANK the pressure of the fuel holds the ball bearing against the hole and seals the vent. Under no circumstance can you put this on the end of a hose it will NOT WORK.

I have it on an external fuel tank. I suppose it works. I as a general rule of thumb, keep the 4 tires to the ground. So to be able to offer a review of if it works, I guess I will have to get back to you if I roll my truck.

It's a great roll over valve and works as it should if you ever fing yourself upside down.It goes installed with the nipple facing up and you will need a vent cap on top of the nipple to keep debris from entering the ball valve. I used this on my fuel cell. It is made of aluminum with a steel ball. Fits snug on 8an fittings.

Excellent little valve. Mount with the male end pointing up. However you accomplish that. Seems to work great. Blowing into the valve very lightly, vents no problem. Any force and the valve closes. I'm sure this will work well enough if something goes terribly wrong.

Item does not work as describedThis is not a roll over protection valveAlso when trying to return it will expect you to drop off at a ups drop off point and I live 45 minutes away from one so making the gas and time the same price as the useless item?

I purchased two of these vents. They are machined properly and made very well. Happy with the purchase. Would buy again if needed in other similar projects. Price was right.
