it's awful, there's not a single gear, and only two screws, the box doesn't screw into the motor that came with it, I had to cut out a groove for the screw, they could have done it better!!

After installing this upgrade kit, the performance of my RC has dropped significantly. A loud whine can be heard coming from the motor even when feathering the throttle, and it has a very difficult time moving forward. Took apart/rebuild he transmission testing each gear for a good mesh and eveything worked until the large gear was installed. Very finicky and the teeth do not mesh well. Multiple slips with audible report. You're better of staying with the stock parts, or saving your money. Will be removing from my RC, and never using again.

Got this to try and speed up my WPL C24. I was so excited because it was soooo much faster than the old motor but as soon as I hit the grass, it just stopped. I have all the metal upgrades for my RC so it’s significantly heavier than a stock one. I still give it 5 stars because it performed great for what its intended purpose is and I like that the gears and gearbox are metal. The fact that it didn’t suit my needs was because it wasn’t made for my RC truck. The motor itself performed great and I plan to find another lighter/smaller RC to put it in.

When you close everything and thigh the 2 screw closing the 2 part, the smaller gear is get stuck, not enough place for it to turn once it's closed. Had to carefully use my dremell to remove some material for it to have space to rotate instead of being tightly sandwich

The fit of the gear shafts in the aluminum gear box is loose. (Kind of like throwing a hot dog through a barn door.) I don't expect the gears to last.

doesnt fit in stock gearbox, doesnt have the casing part for the shaft.

The screws will not drop straight into the holes. I had to shave some material from the inside of the case for the screws to drive straight for a proper fit of the motor. Poor fitment of the gear shafts, slop is apparent in the primary spur gear shaft, secondary, or idler gear shaft fit okay. This assembly is a pure hack job. Stay away from this one for a D12 upgrade!

Brass pinion gear is too weak to handle gearset, motor mount doesnt have much space to mount with screw heads, 370 motor feels the same as stock
