I had an old GoPro accessory kit with all of the head/chest/arm straps I could need. But since losing that camera, I've been using (and loving!) my Insta360 X3. Unfortunately, none of the straps could be used with the Insta since I didn't have an enclosure for it. This allowed me to put the camera directly onto the adapters on my straps! Super easy!

Bought these to work w/ my Insta camera and Go-pro mounts. the build quality is pretty good and could pass for an actual accessory from Insta360 or Go-Pro. The en-cased twist lock knob is a must and holds my cameras in place very snugly. The locking prongs are also perfectly aligned w/ base mounts and also hold the camera in its place once tightened down. Looking forward to putting these to work very soon to get some great videos.

I went with aluminum ones for them to last longer, but the metal construction made it too stiff to mate with the plastic fingers on my handle, I have to crank the screw really really hard to make it steady.The extra nut is a good thought, so the direction of the camera can be indepently adjusted to the torque.

I was able to use it with my DJI Osmo Action 3 1.5m Extension Rod Kit which was great because I had sold my DJI camera and I wanted to reuse the rod for a holder for my smartphone. The quality is reasonably good and it's probably going to be more durable than a plastic fitting.

It's nice these are aluminum. Seem strong and durable. Like some other reviews have mentioned I cannot tighten enough. Will work fine for a phone but may not with heavier items. Should be able to fix by adding a couple of small peices of electricians tape in clamp slots. Took 1 star off for this. All in all they are worth the price.
