Thanks to the heat shield my cold air intake now works. Before the intake air temp was a couple hundred degrees because of engine heat. Now my iat stays the same as the outside air. A must for these hot summer days driving in traffic.

I used this product between my headers and muffler on my Super Beetle. To protect the paint from heat on the bugs lowercapron. Going to a car show tomorrow and we will see if it stays secured and provided a much needed thermal barrier.Greg S.

I have an older motorcycle from the 80’s that had issues with heat melting the side fairings in the summer on those really hot days. I’ve wrapped my exhausts but still had issues so I decided to try this heat shield.It’s not too thin or too thick and it contours easily to the fairing. Just peel the backing off and apply , adhesive is strong works well.Does the trick in keeping the side fairings from cooking.Nice product!
