Made from billet 6061 aluminum bar stock. Available in graduated sizes for proper spacing when installing oversized custom wheels. Made to fit most 2000 and newer Harley Davidson and custom motorcycle wheels. Typically these fit hubs with sealed bearings, not Timken tapered bearings.
Self-centering design properly locates the spacer to the wheel and the pulley or sprocket
Bolt hole size: .453"
Bolt hole pattern: 3.25" x 5
Counterbore that fits over hub lip: 2.216" I.D. X .300" deep (Except 1/4" spacer is .215")
Step that sprocket/pulley fits over: 2.208" O.D. X .188" tall
Center hole: 1.56"
Outside diameter: 4.19"
Used with sealed ball bearings
Fits 3/4, 25mm, and 1" axles

I hardtailed my sportster, and went with an aftermarket rear wheel. Based on the new frame section and caliper mounts, I knew I was going to need a spacer for this setup.Twisted Choppers offers spacers in a variety of sizes, so measure carefully for what you need. The only problem I had was finding a good source for extended rotor bolts. Vulcan Engineering Company had what I needed, as the stock bolts aren't going to work with even a 3/8" spacer.
