I saw these in my nephew's shop, and I just had to get a set. I like the double thumb screws, and the scribing notch for my marking pencil. Excellent value, at a fraction of the cost of that 'red' brand!

I gave this set of rulers to my brother as a Christmas gift. He is a woodworker, and he says these are great rulers, and will come in handy a lot!

Honestly I was expecting a slim, cheap ruler on these but I was very happy to be wrong.They are beefy aluminum rulers, the guide and set screws are also good quality. Nice, accurate and consistent tools that I use frequently. I didn't think I would use the 12" one much but while use the 6" one more the 9" &12" get a fair share of use too. I recommend this product.

I got these as I don't find combo squares to be very easy to use around the shop generally and these are light, easy to use and have a lot of benefits.1- perfectly sized. They are exactly 1" wide, and when measured against a lee valley ruler designed specifically to be accurate to the thousandth, it's bang on, both in width and the graduations.2- light, easy to read and seems sturdy.3- the edge guide is also its own perfect size of 1.25 and 1.5" based on what I checked, so could be used as well. Holds well and holds square.To be improved: those sliding mechanisms don't seem designed to match the ruler perfectly. The notch cutout is deeper than the ruler cutout, and is wider. So it doesn't hold as well as it really could. Since i think these are laser cut, there's really no reason other than a bit of carelessness in design. As such, I do need to manually intervene somewhat when taking vertical readings. That should be a really really easy fix in version 2, if they make one and they really should.Next, the v notch in the end isn't a great design. You really need to use the right pencil or your marks will be off because pencils are designed as cylinders, not Vs. Again, an easy fix in the CAD drawing that would make V2 really useful.Overall, I'm happy for the price for sure. Would love to see an improved version and would 100% get it with those adjustments and use it every day.
