I make all my own cables, for everything. Unless it's a Hirose connector. Two small and fiddly for these old eyes. This one is very well made.

I'm using this to power my zoom f8 audio recorder along with a couple power banks.Connector holds firm and cable seems sturdy. Price feels a little high but its worth it

I now have two cables from Alvin in my setup and they are by far the sturdiest ones. The angled Hirose connector on this cable can rotate about 45 degrees away from the position it sits in naturally before I feel uncomfortable forcing it any further. It would be nice if it could rotate freely, but I wouldn't expect that given the fact that is a Hirose.I can confirm that this works perfectly fine with a Zoom F8. When plugged in, it points down toward the bottom of the device, across the XLR ports, but it can be rotated to not be too obtrusive.

Purchase this to use with a homemade battery pack for our ATMOS Ninja v. It works perfectly and stays firmly locked in place.
