Love this machine. I bought two so I can have one for work also. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and makes it so much easier to steam the milk with an all in one machine.

This is a great little machine. The only problem is, the milk tank stops steaming milk right after starting. This seems to happen if: the milk tank is less than half full, the milk tube isn't in firmly enough, or the + - knob is set too far in one direction or the other. Or sometimes you have to just press the froth button more than once, re-seat the milk tank, or gently push in and hold the milk tank in as it froths. Like I said, finicky. I didn't see this mentioned in the troubleshooting section of the manual, so I wanted to post it here. It also takes a quite a while to heat and re-heat water over and over, but still a pretty good machine.

This magic machine is what I wanted in the morning. It's so easy to use for what quality you get out of it. It's a joy sitting down to a lovely cup of coffee. Me and my wife went on a trip to India and Thailand. Staying in a 5 star hotel.. we got pampered with cappuccinos and macchiatos. When we came home we missed the enjoyment of that morning of coffee bliss... Now we got it back with this amazing machine.... So happy 😊
