Says it is for an AMC 401 but top bolt going threw alternator is to small and doesn't fit the threads in the head,also the adjuster that comes with the kit is to short,I have the smallest belt I could fit with the alternator touching the block and had to extend the adjustment to the point I'm afraid of it completely coming apart,I tried different configurations and this just turned out to be a waist of money.

Surprised at the cost of Wagoneer parts over Chevy bits. Waaa. ...but this alt bracket is well made and worked perfectly.

I had some misgivings about this working on my 79 Jeep j10, but it met and exceeded my expectations. Even the spacers worked perfectly with my not-original water pump.

Looks great. Fit nice I like the adjustment better than original. I wish they made a bracket for the power steering pump.
