Square U Bolts 10" Extra Long OEM Material Set of 4 Made in USA
American Automotive u bolts are manufactured OEM factory material with grade 8 hardware, American u bolts embody extreme strength and maintain OEM handling characteristics. These square u bolts are engineered to clamp 2.5 inch wide leaf springs and are 10 inch extra-long measured from the bottom of the bend to the bottom of the threads. American u-bolts provide an even distribution of pressure to protect against premature spring failure and unwanted movement. Allowances need to be made for all overloads and aftermarket leafs. They can be cut down to fit many applications.
FITMENT

I used these u bolts to mount a 3500 lb axel to a truck frame to make a trailer fit like a glove. Very pleased with quality and finish.

My old bolts were rusting apart, these were great but a little longer than I needed. Just cut them to my requirements after tightening them.

I purchased these because my Toyota dealer wanted to replace my leaf springs on my 2007 Toyota Tacoma under a recall. Since my vehicle is lifted, they were unable to use the u-bolts that came with the kit, so they said they would replace the leaf springs as long as I purchased my own u-bolts. I purchased my Tacoma used in 2011 and it was lifted prior to my purchase - I think it was lifted about 3" or so. Anyway, these u-bolts worked perfectly and they were able to use them during the leaf spring replacement for my vehicle.

Good looking product, shipped reasonably fast but does not fit 3/4 Dodge ram as it says it does, length is correct but width is meant for 1500 leaf springs
