This is a replacement for a previously shipped wrong item. Once the old item was returned, this replacement came quickly. It is great. I worked in the steel industry for 31 years, and this is a good quality template made of quality material.

I have made a few flags with this and it makes it very easy to carve the stars and use time and time again. I store it in the original box it came in and have had no problem with it warping.

This stencil is nice and thick and will be great for carving out stars, but it does not lay flat and will need tape to hold it down.I love the thickness, weight, and sturdiness of it, I just hate that it does not lay flat. I assume that the heat from the laser/plasma torch that cut out the stars ended up warping the metal.
