I would not expect pruning to be the answer for a Norfolk pine. I would like a refund of my money. It is not what I paid for a half dead plant

Received in good condition, but it is only 2.5 feet tall and ot very lush. Keep this in mind when ordering.

Plant arrived on schedule. When unpacked the branches were turning brown and the tree looks like it is dying. It looks like a nice specimen. I think the cold weather has caused the plant to start dying. I now have it in a window getting good light. I am hoping it will survive.

Very cute little tree in great condition with no damage in shipping. Wrapped well and delivered in great condition.There was a problem however. It came in a smaller size than ordered. This company gave me full refund so I do recommend them for sure.

It's healthy & beautiful, I'll give it that. But, I paid $75 for a 3-4 ft. tree in a 10 in. pot! What I received is a 2.5 ft. tree in an 8-9 in. pot! Since we're talking about a houseplant, one FOOT OR MORE in height makes a huge difference! As does an inch or two in pot size! It's really beautiful-- but NOT $75 WORTH! I paid all that extra for size! I thought it looked really small when I got it. But, sadly, due to my husband's emergency surgery, etc.; and the fact that this is a seller I bought from (several times) & thought I could trust, I didn't think to measure it until after the return window closed.
