Adding bass to a vehicle can be a very complicated problem to tackle, especially when building a box! We offer pre-built enclosures that are ready to be dropped into your 1997-2004 Chevy Corvette C5 & Z06 that offers unbeatable performance and sound quality that simply cannot be matched. This is a single 12" enclosure installs in the rear hatch cubby and fires upward.

Our boxes are made from precision cuts of MDF. They are then liquid nailed, nailed and completely sealed. We then wrap them with high quality carpet that matches most vehicle interiors. All Boxes feature high grade spring loaded terminal cup(s) for the absolute best connection possible. All the custom series enclosures are made to fit precisely into your 1997-2004 Chevy Corvette C5 & Z06 to the get the max performance from every extra inch of wasted space.

Replced an ill fitting sub box wit this one on my 2002 ZO6 and it looks and fits great. The guy at the sereo store did pack some foam in there to increase the volume of the box for the 12" Pioneer R sub.

The box itself arrived in perfect condition. Thinner mdf than some of my previous boxes but it is solid regardless. Has a pretty good fit in the tub of my C5. I had to use a spacer to fit my subwoofer than SHOULD have fit flush according to the listings dimensions. Produces plenty of good sound even though it is smaller cubic area than is recommended for my setup. Overall, pretty happy with the purchase.

Wanted a sub in my 02 Corvette after realizing how bad the sound system was. Dropped right in and was a perfect fit after removing the CD changer. 12" fit just fine, no issues with fit/finish.

Rockford Fosgate P3D2-12 Punch P3 didn’t fit. Had to buy a 1 inch spacer for it to work.

Figured I would post some pictures of the box since I didn’t see any when I purchased. Box is solid, fits in the car pretty good. I ended up fitting a Skar DDX-12 in it which was a pretty big speaker IMO.The box sat a little higher than I thought it would. I wanted to mount my amp against the backing of the car but I didn’t have enough room bc the thickness of the box. But I ended up fitting the amp under the speaker box in the very bottom of the storage compartment area. Nothing gets hot after a constant hour of use so I see no issue.

I paired this with a 12" Kicker and it sounds phenomenal. Make sure to pair the intended box volume of your sub with the volume of this product to get the best sound out of it. It doesn't sit flush with the rest of the trunk, leaving a lip, but I have a cargo mat covering the whole thing so you can't even tell it's there by looking. Finally, it's worth noting that the box is somewhat heavy, especially when paired with the sub, but the weight is going in the rear of the front-heavy Corvette. It won't hurt the handling, however although I don't notice an acceleration difference, those who are turning laps on an autocross circuit might.
