The subs in the truck box came in really good condition. After hooking it up, I realized one of the subs was defective. I contacted the seller and they were super fast and professional. I sent the bad sub back and they replaced it. I just installed it and am very impressed with the deep bass and kick of these kickers. I've had many systems in many vehicles and I like these best by far!!! I will be purchasing more from these peeps.
