Nicely ruled as I wanted, NOT wide ruled. Paper is good thickness, Pages tear easily and backing is thick and doesn’t bend like some brands. This is my favorite brand, ordered another one after I saw how good the quality is.

I spend my work week writing. I was happy to find Ampad evidence dual pads on Amazon. The local office supply store (a well known national chain of office supply stores that I won't name) stopped carrying them for their own evidence pads. The store brand pads were poorer quality paper and the first few sheets and front cover end up falling off after working my way through half of the pad.Ampad Evidence pads are clearly higher quality and the front cover and first few pages remain attached through use of the entire pad. Also the paper is better quality. Moreover these Ampad evidence pads are better price than the lower quality store brand. I am happy to find Ampad pads again.

I started using these legal pads in college. As a left handed person they are easy to use for taking notes and when class ended I could put the pages of notes in a binder thanks to the 3 predrilled holes. I've continued to use them in my business as the pads are durable, the paper quality is good, they last a long time, and the yellow is easy on the eyes.

It's very sturdy plus it is college rule. It sits on my lap, and I can write on it down to a very few pages left without it bending.

Law student here. Extremely sturdy, heavy-duty, lines are nice and clear on every page. I use pens that tend to distribute ink quite heavily. Never had bleed-through on these pages. Binding is strong. Couldn't imagine what else I'd want in a notepad -- this feels and writes like a dream. I was initially hesitant to spend anything more than ten bucks on what is essentially paper, but at the end of the day, these have been exemplary.Once actually got a classmate compliment on it (never thought someone would notice my legal pad but I'll take it.)
