Each battery did not last more than 30-40 gallons before dying. When tank is full at 116 gallons, I barely got through half a tank before both batteries were dead. Furthermore the tank level gauge was not useful for accurate indication.Many features were nice that I do want to share. The tank was light weight and easy to move, the pump was fast, hose length plenty, and the auto-shutoff was great. Another feature to mention that was helpful were the quick wire disconnects to switch from portable battery and truck battery. After the batteries had died, the quick disconnect pump connection and provided wire with alligator clips made it easy to disconnect dead portable batteries and run cables to my truck battery and power the diesel tank pump motor.All in all I paid more for the battery option and this was not worth it.Customer service was a little unconventional as it seemed they stick to strictly email correspondence.
