We fueled our caddy & it ended up leaking from the lower fitting. The leaking gasoline leaked into the concrete floor of the shop & made the whole building smell like gasoline vapors long after we discovered the source of the smell & moved the caddy outside.It was noxious in the shop. If I had to guess, the smell lingered for a week to 10-days AFTER getting the caddy emptied & put outside.Amazon was good to work with & took the caddy back without issue.

I bought two of these tanks from the AM-Fuel Tank in Miami. These are an Americanized version of the Emiliana Serbatoi Emilcaddy 110. The tanks are high quality and robust and manufactured to UN (European) standards. The components are high quality and function properly. I tested the tanks with water to make sure they don't leak. Did not have leaks and the pumps work. I read that the fittings are BSP which are NOT compatible with US NPT fittings. Adapters are available. The lower bulkhead fitting appears to be molded into the body of the tank.The problem I've had is with the US distributor. The fuel cap is the only piece that cannot be repaired or replaced in the USA. It is a standard European gas cap that is not available in the USA. I contacted the distributor AM-Fuel Tank with very slow response and the Manufacturer Emiliana Serbatoi which sent my message to the distributor AM-Fuel Tank. The extra/ replacement fuel caps are cost prohibitive (320 bucks for 4 plastic caps). If you can't get or afford parts they are not too useful. Read the Terms carefully because they will not take it back if filled with fuel and may not be able to repair it either if defective.
