This foam check pad is too small for the Ruger Percission check pad. Rifle plastic pad is 5 ⅜” long x 3 ¾” wide while this foam pad is irregularly shaped at 3 ⁷⁄₁₆” long x at widest point 2 ¹³⁄₁₆” and narrowest point 2 ⁵⁄₁₆”. Shipped by USPS and takes 10 days to receive.Look elsewhere for a better option.

This works great. Mine was purchased 5/23/24 for $8.99, which is about right. I went to purchase one for my son on 5/31/24, and it's $14.99, which is too much for a square of neoprene. I could spare the $6, yeah, but no, not a 60% increase in a week.

If you are installing this AnarchyOutdoors Caparison Cheek Piece Pad on anything other than the popular midrange basic AR buttstock ($30-$50) with a cheekrest (i.e. LUTH-AR MBA3 buttstock, as I did) It is a bit small on width. You will find it more effective if you attach it somewhat offset to your cheek side, as opposed to centered on the top of your cheekrest. It works well, just a bit smaller than what I'm familiar with, but should be excellent for the basic AR cheekrest. That caveat being given, I recommend the AnarchyOutdoors Caparison Cheek Piece Pad for anyone with the basic AR cheekrest!

This pad fits perfectly. It feels dense and durable, not like it will tear apart quickly. I really just wanted it for a bit of cushioning and sound/vibration dampening and it does that very well but I was also pleased to discover that I'm aligning my eye better as well. Great work on this pad. It's such a simple thing but everything was done very well. For example, the adhesive backing is really very sticky, the pad is exactly the right length, has a very slight grippy texture like the bottom of those old school mousepads that were also dense foam rubber, and it has a cool logo. The only con so far, a slight rubbery smell but I think it should fade and not be obtrusive. P.S. I'm not getting paid or bombarded with free stuff for this ad.

Magpul makes great items for firearms but they really surpassed themselves with this rear stock. I have a Ruger Precision Rifle in 6.5 Creedmoor and it was ok to shoot rifle in competitions and hunting etc. Using the Magpul on my Ruger Precision Rifle made it so much better. The 6.5 Creedmoor is not a hard recoil cartridge but with factory stock was ok but not perfect. The Magpul RPR stock feels great and is very comfortable to shoot with which really helps with accuracy. It is worth the money
