If you want to do a quality job on wiring a boat trailer this is what you want. I did run mine through 1/2" Nylon Loom for extra protection and the black loom looks great. I plan to use the same process when I wire our Jeep Wrangler taillights to be towed behind an RV.

Decided to rewire my trailer as most wires that come in trailer kits only last about 1 year. The tinned wires should prevent future problems. In addition I also used a junction box to make all connections to the trailer plug. So hopefully no more issues.
