These are copycats made in China. They do not interchange with genuine Anderson connector. The item pictured is not what you get.

Seems to be a real Anderson SB50. It soldered well and snaps together very tightly. I'm running about 50 amps max through it without problems.

Tried and true, a better connector than the cheap "made in China" knockoffs.Buy American made and stay away from the others. They give me nothing but problems.These are sturdy, tough, easy to use, show a positive fit by not wiggling and loosing connectivity.Those cheap others are a disaster waiting to start a fire on your boat, home or vehicle if they loosen up. A faulty 12v DC system will heat up and melt with the possibility of causing severe damage in some circumstances. Use Anderson ONLY.Regards,The Col.

These Anderson connectors are in my opinion the best I've seen. I have owned portable solar panels for 5 years and used mp4 connectors. The first thing I see is that Andersons are easier to assemble and can be redone with a new wire end.Andersons give a solid no resistance connection as shown with a meter.Conclusion : well worth the money. I'm slowly converting my solar connectors with Andersons.
