It works...but its rather difficult to put together. It 'snaps' together, but there's a bit of an issue where you put in the orange end parts. The orange end parts tend to push the clear plastic apart, leaving a gap in the...crack lol.

This hamster ball worked great for a little robo hamster; he’s very active and eventually wore himself out. The ball stayed securely closed, so there was no worry about him escaping. Very happy with this hamster ball.

The first one i ordered (with prime) didnt show up the next day..or well EVER. Talked to customer service 2 days ago and they had one delivered yesterday.The first one they said it was late due to bad weather conditions. Well, the area that the distribution center is in most definitely didn't have bad weather, bc i live 20 minutes away from it.When speaking to customer service they said "oh no it was lost in transfer."When i got the box it had the looks of something that youd get from wish..And well i was absolutely correct. the way the plastic has to be pieced together and the 2 round knobs that go on each end are so hard to twist on. the ball wants to come undone(even though you also have the little rectangle pieces you have to slide in to connect the ball and its supposed to keep the ball together) The plastic has sharp edges around the vent holes. The ball doesnt roll like it should it kind of lobs around due to the ball not being in a nicely shaped BALL. will be contacting customer service again.

It was a little tricky to put together and tends to pop open a little when the hamster crashes into things. It has never fully opened and we have never lost our little guy though.
