I just received this scoop and I have to say I literally laughed out loud when I opened it - it’s the smallest thing I’ve ever seen in my life and it is completely unusable for my animals. I don’t know what kind of poop this could possibly pick up?!? A rabbit or hamster perhaps? A newborn puppy? I don’t know but I do know that it was a WASTE of money. I am a very small woman with very small hands and my hand is bigger than the scoop and almost bigger than the entire contraption, handle and all -

I thought it was bigger thus size is small short I can just use my hand and a bag. Useless!

I needed a small scoop for my indoor dog litter box...I couldn't believe when I received this...the handle is only about a foot long. The scoop part works well but it is sooooo short.

This is all plastic so I was sure it was going to break. It’s still going strong! I use this to pick solids off the top of pine litter. Its not something I’d use to clean larger dog waste with as it’s just not a big enough scoop. I’ve had no problem with anything sticking to it.

This shovel is better than I thought!I went to shovel poops even when it was raining and this shovel would take it easily and mess free.Cette pelle marche mieux que je ne m'y attendais! Je suis allée ramassée des cas même sous la pluie et la pelle ramassait tout et facilement. Très bon achat!

I read all the reviews I could find on this short style of pooper-scooper and found most ot them were negative. But then I found THIS brand and suddenly I found everyone saying how well it worked and that it is very strong. I decided to give it a try. I am a senior lady with some handicaps and use an upright walker to walk my dog. Using the regular full size pooper-scooper would be next to impossible, using the walker and holding the lease to my dog. This shorter version is perfect, and all those positive reviews I read on THIS brand are very true. It IS strong and works GREAT!

Was concerned that for the price it might be cheap but it’s actually very sturdy, the pick up has a tight closure and is teeth so I was even able to get up the old dog mess that had been dried out and ran over with the lawnmower I ended up ordering the smaller one because I figured it would work just as well and it did I definitely recommend this I was able to clean up the area my puppies been using the restroom in for the last couple weeks since I’ve got her in less than 10 minutes! I have a creek stream right behind our house so I just walk down there and dipped it in there and swish it around a little bit while keeping the teeth part squeezed open and it rinsed right off!!! Definitely recommend this!
