I don't normally make jewelry but was asked to for an art installation.I order this set since I wasn't sure what colors I wanted. I have made a variety of colored gems and the wire color does set certain ones off better than others.I Think I may start making these for my art sales as well. They're easy to make and I think they looks good.

I am just beginning my crystal wrapping hobby and needed something affordable to get me started. This is perfect for that.The tools are adequately made from sturdy metal materials but with a flimsy spring. Regardless, they work well and they are pretty easy to use and hold.The jewelry wire is thin..I believe it’s 26 gauge (the higher the number, the thinner the wire) and It would be perfect for beading (Which is what the product description states it’s purpose as)I really do like this set. As I said, it’s great for me because i am currently practicing wrapping styles so I’ve been making lots of errors and I am able to just throw away the mess when im done without feeling as if my money is being wasted.

I know there have been some negative reviews, but I can only comment on what I received. As far as people saying the wire is too thin...well, it tells you in the description that wire is 26 gauge. It was perfect for my jewelry making needs AND the colors were perfect. Another thing I really liked about the wire is that it does not spring back on you like other wire do. I love that!!! Makes it easy to use. The tools were individually wrapped and clean. Only used the cutters so far and they worked just fine. All in all, I am very pleased with the items and WILL buy again! THANKS!

Daughter wanted to try for her jewelry making. This gives her the opportunity to try it at reasonable price to see if she likes it. Daughter stated it was easy to use even for a beginner.

You’re paying for the tools.I’m all about sharing positive reviews however I have to be honest and let you know before you buy this product that the wire is trash.I bought this kit to use the wire to wrap my crystals and unfortunately the wire is super thin, cheap, and breaks easily.If you’re just looking for beginner tools then this would be great for you. If you’re looking for a full kit with quality wire than I would 10/10 try another brand.I ended up buying thicker wire from somewhere else because this was unusable. Overall I gave this product a 3/5 simply because the tools are nice enough for beginners.If you do buy this for the tools, make sure to buy some quality wire as well.

Great jewelry tools and wire for anyone wanting to see if they like to make jewelry. They may be cheap but they will get you going.Ive read other reviews about the tools being dirty and broken, etc. Well I think, any time that tools are involved, they may have some oil, and or black markings due to the machinist equipment. Mine were pretty much good and clean as shown in the pictures, so I have no complaints on that. The wire looks good and I love the colors.All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and will consider buying from this seller again.

This is a great deal for the money and will come in handy when doing my crafts but, unfortunately I was convinced that the gage of the wire should of been 12g. But that is ok i can still use it just not for what I wanted it for ... all in all was a great deal...
