We have a bubble on the way to cover the top! I highly recommend watching tutorial videos to avoid common issues. It makes cotton candy instantly and can make a lot in a short period! It heats up very quickly. Cleaning process isn’t horrible, pretty standard with any machine. It is a lot of fun! The machine serves its purpose. I think if you’re going to spend $800-$900 on a machine it’s a decent option. We’ve enjoyed it.Update: we’ve had the machine for about six months and it’s falling apart. I can’t find a site to order replacement parts. It’s ridiculous. Do not buy this. Hoping this comment will allow someone with the company to reach out to me with direction.

This machine will COVER your entire being with sugar! Had so much wasted sugar that it’s just not worth keeping.

To keep this machine running, it has to be taken apart and cleaned frequently. That is a long task, but ok, fine. The issue is the screw that holds the brush for the motor in place just BROKE in half. It wasn't over torqued that I know of, it wasn't tight in the bolt hole.I really hope the manufacturer will make parts available. Idk where I'll get a replacement. Such an expensive machine for a BOLT to break! That is just crazy!
