I was looking for a tutu for my foster puppy's Halloween costume. I couldn't find a dog one to save my life. But I ordered this one for infants and it fit my puppy like a charm! She wore it to an outdoor adoption event. It's pretty well put together. You can tell some tutus are cheaply made but this one very sturdy and actually has a lot of volume to it. I'd recommend, for puppies or babies.

Love the tutu!! Perfectly matched her hungry caterpillar outfit. Has so much stretch this will fit her for a while! Headband however is a bust lol. Off color and cheap quality.
