I use these in the laundry room for hanging things to dry like bras, scarves, bags, etc. great to use in closets for storing belts, scarves, tank tops, etc. Also a million uses for storing craft items, tools, ropes, etc.

I didn’t receive the hooks. Then I returned for a replacement…again, no hooks! The part that I received looked like it was a very quality product. (That’s why it’s 2 stars, not 1.?

You do have to assemble them yourselves, which basically requires screwing the hook into the wooden hanger portion. Lol, it's 360 degrees rotation is only if you slightly unscrew the hook. It doesn't actually swivel freely.The design is pretty useful for necklaces, scarves, purses (but only with thin straps), bras, tank tops/camisoles, etc. However, for space saving purposes, they could have been a far better design if they had hooks facing in opposite directions and then you could have fit double on a single hanger.
