I bought the size that was advertised to fit my car to protect from hail. The cover ripped on the first use. Very disappointed. Not only did it not fit, the cover was flimsy and ripped. In addition, the straps did not line up on either side of the car to hook properly.

El tamaño y diseño correcto. Las costuras no prolijas, lo que si son malas, son las tiras de amarre por debajo del vehículo y frente, para que algún viento no se lleve el protector. Se solucionó comprando esas sogas elásticas y se aseguraron los lados, frente y parte trasera con esos accesorios.

Anti hail protection with multiple layer for small car or suv. Material and thickness are very good. Don't have hail yet. So don't know how good protection from hail or excessive heat.

I was pleasantly surprised to see how thick this cover is. It looks like it will be able to withstand very large hail or any major storm. The quality and the engineering of the textile is really impressive. The size is perfect for my SUV.

Be sure to measure your car accurately, and then give it a little more, since these measurments are pretty accurate. I got this to cover my ford Expedition , went and measured it and it was just a few inches short, but assumed that there was some leeway, but there really is not. But we made it work, as we put our Expedition on vacation every winter, as we don't drive it, so we take off the insurance for a few months and store it in our carport. But the carport is not long enough and the back end sticks out and is usually covered in up to 2 feet of snow. So we put this on over the entire back end, and then it reached to about a foot from the front of the hood, which is well covered in our carport. It is so heavy, took 3 of us to lift it up over the car. There is heavy elastic around the bottom, so we didn't tie the straps under, and they didnt reach any way. So now it is nice and secure, but it is not out in the open, as we thought we would leave it out in the driveway, so we could put another car under the carport. We cant really cover other cars as we drive them often, so covering and uncovering is not an option. This is really for long term use, when you are not needing the car for a long period of time, as you will need help to cover/uncover, especially if there is a foot of snow on it. But if you live in an area that gets hail (we really dont') you can always run out and cover your car to prevent damage if you are pre warned. I lost a car to hail damage in 1990 in the big Denver hail storm, and stood in my house and watched the hail, feeling helpless. If I had the cover, I'm sure I could have saved it, and my neighbors would have helped to get the cover on.

This cover fits the car well and it has a strap that goes under the care to keep it on in windy conditions. I used some moving blankets underneath it for added protection.

Good thick cover. Pretty easy to get it on my SUV…I’m 68 and did it the first time by myself in a light wind. Made it worth some laughs, lemme tell ya! Time will tell. EDIT: Brought inside to fold to put in bag and found these spots where some fabric has separated from the under fabric. Not exactly real excited about the look just hope it doesn’t affect protection. Just disappointing. Lowered rating 1 star.
