I have had this ring since September, very pretty but like the others I lost a stone. I emailed the company two weeks ago and haven't heard back from them. I am very disappointed that the one stone fell out. They know this has been an issue so why hasn't this been corrected?

This ring was exactly what I was looking for. It’s beautiful and the sizing is perfect. I was looking for a “chunkier” ring and this fit the bill perfectly. I can’t believe how real it looks for the price!

I had a stone fall out of the first one, and exchanged for a new one. I purchased this April 2023 and wear it almost daily. No issues and I get a TON of compliments on it.

Beautiful ring. While I cant speak to the longevity/durability since it is new, the sparkle and color of the moissanites is perfect, the setting is crafted well and is comfortable.

Quality exceeds my expectations. I try to take off to avoid getting it wet as much as possible - but I’ve had it for 2-3 months and still sparkling and no wear on the silver. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

It’s amazing quality for the price. Wore it to a Christmas party and received so many compliments on it! Really eye catching. The fit is perfect. I’m not sure on tarnish resistance yet or the durability, but I will update if there are any issues.

I love this ring as a wedding band - it looks amazing with my diamond engagement ring. Unfortunately a stone fell out within 6 months and I didn't get the extra warranty so I can't return it. A shame because it is so pretty.Update: July 2023 - The seller contacted me directly and graciously asked if I wanted a full refund, which I did not expect nor did I ask for. I have already received the refund and have re-purchased the item (this time with emerald cut stones) because as I said, the ring is stunning. The wonderful customer service is icing on the cake! (I did go ahead and purchase a protection plan on the ring this time.)Update #2: October 2023 - A stone fell out of the new ring. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Definitely not jewelry meant for everyday wear.

This ring is beautiful and very comfortable to wear everyday. I lost two stones and was outside of the return window. I contacted the seller and was able to return the ring directly to the company. I then promptly received a replacement in the mail. This company stands by their products and assured me that I can always contact them if I have an issue with their jewelry. Thank you for my new ring.

Absolutely beautiful ring that provides the sparkle and shine I was looking for. I don’t see the point in spending $15K for a similar item from the Blue Store when lab created diamonds offer the same cosmetic appeal.A stone has fallen out and the seller advised they stand behind their products and will make it right. With their instructions, I’ve returned the ring and shipping tracking shows they’ve received it two weeks ago. Now been waiting two weeks for advice regarding my replacement. No response yet despite following up with them several times. Beware!Replacement ring arrived three months after initially contacting the seller about the problem. It took numerous follow up messages on my part, with advice from the seller that they had shipped a replacement three separate times.
