Used it to hang a heavy bag of a foundation beam in the basement. Has lasted. Advise wrap a towel around the beam first so it doesn’t cut into the strap from friction

Product doesn't have the orange piece that it shows in the pictures that supported to keep the fabric from fraying. The metal will be rubbing directly on the fabric when you're punching the bag. It'll do the job but the quality won't last. Otherwise the thickness of the material seems great. Easy to adjust to height needed.

In 2019, I purchased an aqua punching bag that holds up to 35lbs. I used to use it at my local gym, but with the pandemic and everything and as a renter I had to stop using my aqua punching bag. Earlier in 2023, I was thinking about buying a double end bag and setting it up in my squat rack while my aqua bag gathered dust ;__;However, one night in July I had an epiphany. Would there be string/options for a punching bag without having to buy gear for a double end bag? I ran through some options and found this one to be appealing because I realized some of the higher end priced ones were more of a brand name thing. I decided to pull the plug and purchase this one because why not, it was less than 10$. Worst come to worst I could toss it out. HOWEVER, it did exactly and more than what I anticipated. Not only does it hold up the bag well, but I am able to slide the bag around as needed for when I squat or deadlift. Only thing is that due to my own squat rack constraints I am unable to move around as in a real gym, but hey that's what home gym are for right? Working with what you got. This device has allowed me to reused my boxing gear that was gathering dust. I highly recommend it for anyone with apartment or space limitations. You can't really spin it around, but hey I can at least punch once again.

The Aoneky 40'' Heavy Punching Bag Hanger Strap was easy to install.The length of the strap puts the heavy bag at just the right height.I am glad I choose the blue. I think it goes great with the silver heavy bag!
