The sides I received were the same side instead of mirrored (in the diagram I received 2x item 8, instead of 7 & 8), so I had to drill a hole to make the brace on top fit. I had to use home nails to finish the second drawer (TBD) because the twist locks they sent broke 3x.I'm putting 3 stars because, although the product I received is garbage, once it's together it is nice. They also called me after receiving it to check on me and without question offered another item to make amends. 2 stars for MY product, 4 stars for what it could be and 5 for customer relations.

I bought this house-style bed for my daughter and I'm very happy with it. The design is beautiful and fits perfectly in her room. It's sturdy, safe, and comfortable. My daughter loves it- especially because she can decorate it with her stuffed animals and it feels like a little playhouse.Assembly was easy, and all the parts came well protected. I also love the drawers underneath, which are great for storing sheets or toys. I definitely recommend this bed to anyone looking for something functional and cute for their toddler.
