We got this for our 2 year old, as he wants to use the same size ball as big brother. This is perfectly sized for him and the lowest setting is just a smidge above his head, so he’ll get plenty of use out of it! It definitely needs weight in the base or it wants to fall forward but is very sturdy & easy to put together. I did it by myself in about 30-45 minutes. Definitely recommend, although I can’t speak for it’s intended use of pool side.

It did not come with any instructions not that it was a problem, but some people might find that to be a problem.Also, there is no drain plug!Otherwise, it’s great for a pool and it’s also great for a toddler for something sturdier than your typical plastic hoop.I also like that it can fit a full size basketball.I think that it should be slightly less expensive, but compared to what is out there I think it’s priced right.Just be sure to have a 13 and 14 mm socket because the ones provided are no good.

I bought this for my granddaughters , ages 2 and 4. They destroyed the backboard. They really loved this. very rough play though

So we didn’t want to buy the baby plastic hoop for my cute wild little boy, so we bought this as an alternative. I am very happy with our decision. It is literally like a real hoop just short. We got it when my son was 1.5 and now he is almost 2 and LOVES it. Plus the hoop holds up really well.The only con I can think of is, when you shoot the net sometimes swings and gets stuck on the other hooks that hold the net. It’s pretty annoying. We just hammered the hook to the side/more in and haven’t had that issue again.

Opened the box today and 2 pieces are missing. Cannot assemble without missing pieces. Return window is closed. I ordered early so I could have it when pool opened. Now $90 down the drain :(
