Came on time. Hardest past was getting the old one off. Needed Youtube help for that. The new one snapped into place slick as a whistle. In fact it went on so easily that I wasn't sure it was installed correctly at first. It is still on and still working so far.

Someone had put an upside down magnified mirror on a 2004 ford expedition that I bought. It was really annoying looking at a magnified mirror and I didnt want to spend so much money on a new complete mirror. I am glad they sell just the glass. This was a great replacement.
