The description says its fits a Smart-UPC C 1500, but after receiving it and removing the the old batteries it clearly is for a different UPS. I have 4 smaller batteries, not 2 large ones like the ones sent. I tried to contact the seller through Amazon but no matter what issue you select (wrong item, defective, etc) it tells you the item is non-refundable and ends the chat. Horrible customer service and marketing.

This pack (two batteries) works exactly as claimed. It was fairly easy to replace the failing batteries in my APC UPS with these. Once the new batteries were installed, they have operated exactly as expected. Shipping was faster than expected and the batteries arrived ready for installation. Double check your UPS model number before ordering, however; when the vendor (UPSBatteryCenter) says that these batteries only fit the APC model SMC1500 UPS, they mean it. Most other APC systems, and those from other vendors, use different batteries.

I ordered this battery when I knew mine was failing. I didn't open the package until my current battery failed. When I opened the package, I immediately knew it wouldn't fit my APC SmartUPS 1500 even though that's what came up when I searched on Amazon.I tried to return the improper batteries but I had to first get contact from the battery supplier UPSBatteryCenter; they never replied. I tried to call them. No answer.Now I'm stuck with a $105 battery, and a UPS that is non-functional at this point.

Replaced battery in my old unit and brought it back to life.Battery has been tested w/ a few unplanned power outages and has come through no questions asked.Recommend this battery!

These are not "easy to install", but it is an issue with the host device, not the battery. Before ordering the battery make sure you can remove the old one - if it is swollen, as mine was, they are difficult to remove.This item fixed the problem for my UPS!

A family member gave me a UPS with a dead battery, and figured I'd give this a shot. This was a perfect fit and has been in service for 3 weeks now without issue.
