The water is pressure is unbelievably powerful. The faucet looks really good. The side sprayer is so much different than the others in that it is better quality. Installation went smoothly. I did use plumber's tape for the threads of each connection. Highly recommend this faucet & sprayer. I installed it on 2/16/2025 and only time will tell how good it is!

We purchased this faucet after receiving an outrageous quote from a plumber to replace our existing kitchen faucet. We decided to install the new one ourselves. We chose this one because it fit our existing two-hole situation on the granite, and it had a ton of positive reviews. We can’t tell you how much we appreciated the ease of installing this faucet after how long it took to remove the old one that was rusted solid. The fixture itself is beautiful and secure. Our water pressure increased x3 and the additional spray features are fantastic. We appreciated that the water lines themselves were a great length for our old house. Everything was as expected and advertised. We have zero plumbing experience and were able to tag team this installation easily, 10-15 minutes tops.

This faucet worked great for six months, until it didn't. One day I turned it on, and I suddenly had about 30% hot water pressure. All other house faucets worked normally. I disconnected at water tap to see if that was the problem. No. Reconnected and now had less than 10%...just a good trickle. Now the cold water pressure was about 40%or less than before. There is no way to open top lever apparatus to check anything, and there is no disconnect at top of line to enable flushing or check of lines running through valves to tubing. I tried calling and emailing the APPASSO support says as advised. The site speaks of a 5 year warranty, but I'm not sure that it means anything if the company doesn't have any customer service! Crickets. It has been 5 days or so now, no responses. I have ordered a different brand, available from big box store and Amazon, as a replacement. It has a way to disconnect hoses on both ends of the line. Chalk it up to experience I guess. Buyer beware.

The item is exactly as shown in the description....all items are in place.....very elegant look and definitely well built....also I contacted the seller post buying....not Amazon...I had a word with the seller with the possible questions and installation issues...those were promptly and expertly answered... definitely a good buy....can go for it

Es un grifo que a simple vista luce mucho más caro de lo que parece, todo ha funcionado perfectamente desde su instalación; la entrega, la importación (y gastos del mismo) fueron excelentes y sin ningún problema. Solo habrá que tomar en cuenta una cosa, si en tu casa no hay suficiente presión en las tuberías, considera que la fuerza con la que saldrá el agua en el grifo se verá afectada por esto. Si el caso es el contrario, no habrá ningún problema.Fuera de eso, es una excelente opción!
