I had read previous reviews from customers who were pleased with this product. The only thing I read was about the word "lock" being upside down on the inside handle/button. At first I thought they must have put them on upside down on the wrong side. I'm hear to tell ya the handles only work on their appropriate side. You can, however, install the outside handles on the wrong side, I did it. Had to take them off. Still a bit surprising to me that the "lock" printing wouldn't have been corrected by now. I still installed them :( As for ease of installation...it's not for the faint of heart...they were beyond challenging for my hands. A couple of tips...keep your eyes opened for a spring washer on both sides when removing the outside handles...you'll want to put those back on. As for the cotter pins you have to remove...installing those was the big challenge...and to wrap tap around my finger and slide it in that way. I do believe these handles look great and am hopeful they stand up to the test of time. Thanks

Seems to be good quality great price works as it should. The outer handle was kind of difficult to install but with patience I got it in. Make sure that you have the correct outer handle for the side you are working on they will fit on either side. Gerald K. - Hawaii
