This worked well for my 2004 ford f150. I was worried since it said it wouldn't fit but it does.

One kit was 80$ and this one was 120$ so i expected to get the 5th line that goes from the bottom of radiator to the driver side aux transmission cooler but it did not come with this kit. Had to get that line seperatly so best to buy the 80$ kit, the missing line part number is dorman 624-577
