Cheap price had me hesitating to purchase for a 2005 Subaru Legacy. Took a chance and tried it. Pleasantly surprised by quality. Smooth, quiet CV axle after installation. Would buy again.

2008 impreza 2 5i needed new front CVS shafts. Went with these cheap ones. Spring clip is out of shape so it took some massaging with a dead blow to seat it in the differential. Has extra flanges that the shafts I removed do not. Currently have car for test drive and getting what sounds like that flange rubbing against the hub or diff. While pull this. New shaft out to figure out why install troubles, the inner joint pulled apart by hand. Deavlow to the rescue and it seems to work.If intentionally being cheap, these are probably acceptable. If looking to be frugal, probably best to buy oem.
