It looks and fits exactly like the oem part. Two stars for that.The lock is “sticky”and feels like it needs to be lubricated. After six weeks it started making noise when auto locking doors. The same noise I tried to fix in the first place. Will contact manufacturer for warranty replacement since it’s after 30 days now and can’t return it to Amazon. It would have been excellent part for money if it worked.

Installed this Actuator in a 2010 G37 and it fit perfect. Great price too.

I like that this part is inexpensive, and for the most part, it works. The only problem is that the outer cable housing for the mechanical door lock is slightly too short, probably by about a quarter of an inch. You can make this part work if you melt a new slot on the outer cable retainer so that it fits into the latch on the door trim ina slightly longer fashion to make the cable functionally longer. This allows the door lock on the inside of the door to manually engage and disengage correctly. Would be 5 stars otherwise. Honestly, if you're going to attempt to repair this part on your own, you can definitely modify this part to work.

Quick and easy install. Not sure of the durability but we shall see. Hard to review something such as this after a couple of days. Amazon should ask for a product review after a month or so.

Recently had this installed at my local Infiniti Dealer. Technician said that it fit just fine and there were no installation quirks/issues. Works as advertised and my driver's side door in my 2012 G37 works again!

Installed the end of last year professionally and it's already failing. Inside handle sticks bc of the latch and outside is started to seize up like there's too much tension somewhere.
