After I install everything.vvt sprocket intake and vvt sprocket exhaust they were different.so I ended up reusing the old ones.who ever put this kit together mix parts .lesson learn…I will read reviews next time….bad kit

Had it properly installed in March of 2024. Here it is Sept of 2024 and it’s already shorting signs of it been loose and or broken, went know till they open it up to inspect it.. very disappointed

For amazon PLEASE BAN THIS PRODUCT FROM BEING SOLD!!!I BOUGHT THIS PAID $900 TO HAVE IT INSTALLED IN MY CADILLAC. MY CADILLAC WAS A RUNNING CAR JUST IN LIMP MODE DUE TO TIMING. AFTER THIS WAS REPLACED. CAR WAS STARTED RAN FOR 1 MINUTE AND A LOUD BANG NOISE LIKE SOMETHING CRACKED. AND THE CAR DOESNT START NOW LOOKS LIKE THE PARTS FROM THIS TIMING HAS DAMAGED THE ENGINE AND NOW THE ENGINE IS GARBAGE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT GOOD

Purchased this kit to avoid going to the GM dealership in the hopes it would save me some money as labour fees were already around $1200. After several times trying to make it work, this product FAILED. In order to get my vehicle going, I had to go to GM to get a working kit. NOW I had to pay DOUBLE install fees, and around $1000 for the GM kit. Needless to say, I'm PISSED. This part cost me $2000 in the end. Id like my money back.

Definitely not recommended for a diy unless you know a lot about engines but this was a decent set to get the job done after the oem set I ordered came in pieces.
