I had to fight to get this thing to line up with the expansion valve. The little metal backing piece that the expansion valve connects to is too small and does not allow the lines to line up with the expansion valve. I had to use the original one from the broken evaporator to make it work. The lines coming off of the evaporator are also not lined up properly and need to be manually moved into position. The lines themselves are also about a half inch shorter than the original ones, sitting the units side by side. The o-rings that come with the unit are also smaller than the originals. I have an o-ring kit, so I was able to put what was originally in there.
