Item received as describe. Fit perfectly and easy to installed following a video i saw on you tube. First time changing one and from start to finish it took me about an hour. Once done, I noticed that the window roll up and down slightly faster than the original and also the motor was slightly quieter than the original. def recommend this item if yours is faulty.

This Power Electric Window Regulator was not easy to install because I didn't know how to get the door panel off. There is magic or at least special tool required. I had to pay somebody to install it for me. Maybe there are YouTube videos that show you how to do it?
