One of my hood latch locks gave up the ghost on a 2010 Mini Cooper S, so I decided to buy this piece. It fits right in and is an exact copy of the original hood latch lock. One thing that was different is that the springs on the A premium piece felt a little weaker then the original lock. I think they look a little thinner too, but they sure beat the price of the OEM latch lock.

Replaced the rusty worn latches on our Mini Cooper. They fit just like the factory latches, metal seems to be just as thick as well.

Works great. Laughably cheaper than BMW parts of the same quality. Nothing about them feel cheap at all compared to what comes on the car.
