Wires were backwards as found by others... simple fix to reverse the direction. Window rolls up and down faster, which is nice. I'll be replacing the tired factory passenger side motor soon just for the improved speed.

So I went to install this in my truck and the bolts wouldn’t start so I pulled it out and there was basically NO THREADS for holding it in the door so I had to use a tap and die set and make new ones I didn’t have the time to send it back and get another and of course it rolls down nice but it’s a bit weak going up but I guess you get what you pay for I’ll use it till she dies-it works that’s why I gave it one star

Fit fine on my 1990 Dodge Ram W250. Much smaller motor but it works. Cut three small access ports in the door to get to the mounting bolts so I didn't need to pull out the window regulator. Similar to what a guy did for his video on Y***TUBE if you search for 1992 Dodge First Gen Cummins power window motor install tips.Mine was also wired backwards so up was down and down was up but the connections were easy to flip flop in the connector Good to go.

This unit fit perfectly without any modifications. Yes even the electrical connectors were the same as the OE. The motor is considerably quieter than the original.
